perfect spot for city exploration and beach access

the quality of this hotel is very good, and its ideal location means you'll have the beach at Bocagrande just 500 meters away and the historic Walled City of Cartagena not far, making it perfect for walking around and soaking in the sights.

Customer service was not very interested in making it better

It made my trip to Cartagena a such wonderful experience. Stayed for 2 nights in this absolutely great and simple place, truly enjoyed that. The hotel's location was unbeatable, next to the main avenue, Colombia, and the beach, two grocery stores and a fun cafe. I usually went to Arepas Pues to grab a bite. The service provided there was nice!

Service was slow during breakfast hours.

Saturday night there is noise from the street, because of the nearby bars, but that is not a major problem.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, to downtown or the other side of the city, convenient to go everywhere. The staff was very very helpful and pretty friendly from arrival until we left...

The breakfast had a great variety of options, including fresh fruits and hot dishes, made mornings good. My room wasnice and neat. I loved the location. It's just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were always smiling and willing to assist with requests, even when my Spanish was limited. I found the pool a bit small and not very inviting. Water pressure in the shower could also be improved. It was lower than expected. A pleasant stay despite a few minor inconveniences.

Location just next door to the other side of the city, and many restaurants around. Really helpful and very very helpful staff providing great services.

Simply no complains at all, relaxing stay. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. Marvellous and unbeatable location, around 4-6 minutes walk from Nao, enjoyed this place.
